It’s truly amazing how fast phase 2 of West Harbour City is rising.  I hope the purchasers of the east facing units of Phase 1 wasn’t expecting an unobstructed view of the city for long!
West Harbour City - Phase 2:

Went over to take a look at the parking garage at West Harbour City today, and was surprised at the number of parking spaces it has allocated for visitors.  The spaces are kind of tight, so let’s hope your neighbor’s car is not a giant vehicle like the Hummer!

Like a puzzle, things seems to be coming together nicely. With the new 10 day recission period over, my purchase is now firm. I feel a sense of accomplishment and pride, because a property is the biggest purchase most of us will ever make.
