Saturday arrived and I went over to the sales centre with a friend of mine. The place was filled with lots of potential buyers, probably because it is their 2nd week of sales after they relocated their sales office to the actual site.

I don’t think I have made clear about my real estate purchase before, so I’d like to detail the thought process and the recent economic crisis that weighted heavily on my decision to buy at West Harbour City Phase 1.
